Sales Manager – Online Video
AdTaxi is looking for a dynamic individual to join our rapidly expanding team as sales leader focused on online video sales. The online video Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives with focus on selling the Denver Post’s new online TV product along with our AdTaxi’s programmatic, search and audience focused products. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Denver sales team to drive revenue and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify , pitch and close advertising sales to agencies and clients
- Leverage existing and develop strong relationships with clients, and agencies
- Manage pipeline and category development
- Weekly revenue forecast for cluster/market
- Work with the AdTaxi Regional Director to identify regional agency role relationships with local advertisers
- Control the flow of information from Denver Post TV content team to internal and external stakeholders
- Research customer needs for the purpose of developing new products and expanding existing product lines
- Assist sales department on projects up to and including 4 legged sales calls, sales call preparation, building presentations, building buy sheets, etc.
- Manage revenue forecasting process
- Assist in development of marketing collateral, brand management, goal setting, and management of channel champions.
Job Qualifications
- Proven digital sales experience
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Eager, self-starter that is motivated to work in a rapidly changing business
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience selling digital advertising in a similar role
- Experience leading and motivating teams through peer group influence
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, product launch and project management
- The ability to travel up to 25%

Search / Social Sales Manager
AdTaxi is looking for a dynamic individual to join our rapidly expanding team as a regional Sales Manager – Search/Social. As part of this team, you fully immerse yourself in revenue growth for, share knowledge of Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media advertising sales and account management, and help clients define and achieve success. You also clearly communicate your strategy and recommendations to every level of the organization, drive adoption and clearly articulate the AdTaxi value proposition.
In this position, you will play the lead role in supporting and advising your local sales channel and clients. Your job will be to lead search and social revenue growth initiatives, train people with a varying base of knowledge from beginner to grand master and maximize additional AdTaxi revenue opportunities in your region.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly revenue forecast for cluster/market
- Work with the AdTaxi Regional Director to identify regional revenue opportunities with client partners
- Control the flow of information across the market to internal and external stakeholders
- Research customer needs for the purpose of developing new products and expanding existing product lines
- Train, demonstrate and coach sales force to maximize client success rates through audience-based sales model and achieving peak campaign performance levels
- Assist sales department on comprehensive projects including: 4-legged sales calls, sales call preparation, building presentations, building client proposals, account management and analytical reporting of web analytics, etc. for new business and upsell opportunities
- Proactively monitor assigned customer performance metrics, develop strategies for optimization and campaign improvement and oversee the implementation of said strategies
- Ensure timely and regular communication with clients to discuss strategy, results and upsell opportunities
- Assist in development of marketing collateral, brand management, goal setting and management of channel champions.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience selling digital advertising in a similar role with PPC, SEO and Social Media sales management experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading and motivating teams through peer group influence
- Proven track record of successful sales performance across a large, channel sales organizationAbility to travel up to 50%

This position is responsible for the management of multiple clients’ Social Marketing accounts.
Principal Position Responsibilities:
- Develop Social Marketing Strategy for upwards of 60 clients and fulfill all components of social campaigns
- Manage Client Facebook Page and Marketing Strategy. Including: develop and install custom applications (using Social Management Toolset TBD); develop and schedule content (posts); respond to communication to client via Facebook (Posts, Comments, Messages);
- Manage and execute Facebook Advertising Campaigns. Ad Campaigns to Page, Ads to promote content on Page; retargeted Facebook ads based on FBX; Ads to external websites
- Manage client social presence and marketing strategy on Multiple Social platforms including Google Plus, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram and YouTube
- Maintain regular communication with Sales rep and client
- Maintain expertise across social media platforms as they evolve.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong social marketing strategy skills
- Marketing and PR experience for brands and businesses specifically in Social Media
- Experience building and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns
